Our Health & Safety Measures

To our valued guests,

Following recent events and the spread of the COVID-19 virus, we want to emphasize that the health and wellbeing of our guests and team members is our #1 priority. In an effort to keep our community safe, our team has implemented enhanced cleanliness and sanitation protocols in accordance with guidelines from the Los Angeles County Public Health Department and the Center for Disease Control.



Monitoring Symptoms

The members of our staff have been advised to stay home if they exhibit any symptoms of COVID-19, including fever, shortness of breath, cough, and loss of taste or smell. To protect our entire community, we kindly ask that guests exhibiting any of these symptoms do the same.

Facial Coverings & Social Distancing

Regardless of vaccination status, we require all team members and guests to wear face masks in all indoor public areas. Although social distancing mandates are less stringent, we still recommend being mindful of social distance practices within the indoor public areas.

Hygiene

There are hand sanitizer stations located throughout the hotel for our guests to use. In addition, our team members have been directed to practice frequent hand washing at all times.

Cleaning Protocols

Our cleaning practices have been made even more rigorous with more frequent property-wide sanitization and a thorough focus on high-touch surfaces and public areas. These processes apply to all guest areas, shared equipment, and back-of-house areas.

Guest Services

As a precaution, we are not currently offering valet parking. However, we do offer self-parking for guests.
